Led company-wide strategic vision and operations to bring a number of startups to market and transition into sustainable businesses through a hands-on approach across design and engineering. Managed and mentored team members, cultivated strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service and results.

Led a complete product redesign and front-end framework overhaul by identifying UX UI problems and opportunities, and refining design concepts through rigorous research and validation. Leading to a significant impact in usability, retention and conversion. Additionally, designed and developed internal tools that improved the company's sales cycle, and productivity.

Designed and developed multiple application plug-ins, seamlessly interacting with a Sunglass’s application through various languages and interfaces. Additionally, I created a companion iOS App. Managed external development through contractors and effectively coordinated efforts with the internal development team for seamless integration.
